Meet Our Medical Team
Dr. Holly Dluzniewski
Holly Dluzniewski graduated medical school from the University of Texas Houston Health Science Center in 1999 and completed her combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics there in 2003. She is board-certiﬁed in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
Prior to joining the team at the Whole Foods Market Medical & Wellness Center, she practiced in a private family practice setting for 15 years. Her areas of interest include women’s health and the integration of wellness practices and nutrition with traditional medicine. She emphasizes strong communication and education to empower her patients to achieve their health goals.
Holly joined the Austin Medical Center team in fall 2019 and is excited to implement their team approach to achieve wellness, highlighting behavioral health, ﬁtness, and clean-eating. In her leisure time, Holly loves to cycle, kayak, and travel with her three children.
Dr. Neesha Kurian
Neesha Kurian graduated from University of Texas at Houston (McGovern) Medical School in 2001 and completed her training in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles in 2005. She currently holds board-certifications in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and has previously practiced primary care with an emphasis on community health, student health and wellness programs.
Neesha is passionate about helping her patients through education, awareness, and empowerment by encouraging her patients to better understand and successfully pursue healthier lifestyle choices. She prioritizes helping her patients maximize the health benefits from nutrition, exercise, stress management and adequate sleep.
Neesha is excited to be a part of the Whole Foods Market mission and team and feels privileged to care for the Team Members and their families. In her free time, Neesha enjoys spending time with her husband and her 4 children.
Meet Our Health Coach Team
Matt Pleskovic (CA)
Matt has been in the health, wellness, and nutrition field for over 15 years. He earned a degree in Kinesiology: Exercise Science from the University of Kentucky and a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Mississippi. Matt is a certified holistic health coach, through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. He is also a certified strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer, and has worked with many college and professional sports teams.
Matt enjoys presenting to groups and educating individuals on various topics including nutrition, health, wellness, and disease prevention. He started with Whole Foods Market in 2010 a Healthy Eating Specialist in Florida before helping to open the Glendale Medical and Wellness Center in 2013.
Jaclyn Foster (CA)
Jaclyn is a Certified Health Coach though the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, as well as a Certified Yoga instructor. She has been a Health Coach with Whole Foods Market since the Medical & Wellness Center opening in 2013 in Glendale, Ca. Prior to working at the Center she was a Wellness Educator for Whole Foods Market in Massachusetts.
Jaclyn spent much of her twenties in trial and error researching areas of wellness from weight loss to stress-reduction in pursuit of a more balanced, happy and healthy lifestyle. She is excited to share with her patients today many of the life-changing practices that helped her lose and keep off an extra 50 pounds, increase her energy levels, and bring a greater sense of happiness and well-being to her overall life. Jaclyn is also fluent in Spanish.
Jaclyn works with patients on goals varying from learning how to reduce the daily stress that drains our energy, to practical steps for weight loss, to discussing the prevention and reversal of diseases like diabetes and high blood pressure.
Andi Jo Elbel (TX)
I am thrilled to be a part of the Health Coaching Team with Whole Foods Market. My background includes a degree in Education from the University of Texas A&M, teaching elementary education in Korea and Austin, living on an organic coffee and mango farm on the Big Island of Hawaii, and starting up a business focused on creating a healthier and more nourished community in Austin, Texas. Upon merging my love of education and passion for community health and wellness, I decided to join forces with Whole Foods Market.
For the past 7 years as a team member I have gained top notch culinary skills and received years of on-going and comprehensive training as a health and life coach. I am now part of the Care Team that is working hard to revolutionize medical care in America and transform patient-centered care, starting with our very own Team Members. Life is good!
Chrissy Doyle (TX)
Chrissy joins us from Nashville, Tennessee where she was instrumental in rolling out the Whole Foods Market Health Starts Here program. During this time, she learned from some of the top experts in nutritional science. She is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and has been involved with various health and lifestyle events for the Culinary Training team for Whole Foods Market.
In addition, Chrissy worked as Personal Chef/Consultant for a player on the Tennessee Titan's Football for the 2013 season. Chrissy now enjoys blending her nutrition education and culinary arts training and is excited to see how food and medicine are intersecting like never before. As an ambassador for healthy and conscious living, Chrissy loves empowering people to embrace lifestyles that promote health, vitality, and longevity.
